Let’s build it together. /p h3bSenior Fullstack Engineer /b /h3 pBuilding journeys sounds simple - until you try to make them fast, flexible, and scalable across complex organisations. /p pAt TheyDo, you’ll work on the foundations of how companies understand and improve customer journeys. Think permissions across workspaces, and systems that need to stay fast while handling growing complexity. This is where your work makes a direct impact on how teams make decisions every day. /p pWe’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who enjoys untangling complexity, ships quickly, and cares deeply about how products feel and perform. /p h3bWhat you’ll do /b /h3 pYou’ll work across the full stack to improve how our platform handles scale, structure, and speed. From architecture decisions to shipping features, you’ll play a key role in shaping the product. /p pYour work will include: /p ul liBuilding and evolving core platform capabilities like workspace management, permissions, and governance /li liImproving how data flows across workspaces, making content more flexible and connected /li liDriving the implementation of Workspace 2.0, helping redefine how customers structure and manage their work /li liOptimising performance across critical areas like journey mapping and the journey detail page /li liTackling complex data challenges, including filtering, querying, and merging large datasets efficiently /li liDesigning and improving system architecture with scalability and maintainability in mind /li liCollaborating closely with product managers and designers to ship features quickly and thoughtfully /li liExperimenting with AI capabilities and exploring how they can enhance the product experience /li /ul h3bWhat we’re looking for /b /h3 pYou’re someone who enjoys solving hard problems, moves fast, and thinks in systems.
